How do I know if my order is confirmed?
All proof of payment should be emailed to emille.manila@gmail.com for confirmation. Processing of order/s will commence upon receipt of the proof of payment.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If shipment has not been confirmed, changes to the address may still be accommodated. However, additional shipping fee may be collected should the new delivery address incur additional cost.

Yes, we can accommodate international shipping. However, all shipping cost is ℅ the buyer and purchase has to be paid and confirmed in advance prior to shipping.

For local orders, estimated delivery is within 1-3 days after order has been paid and confirmed. Tracking number will be sent to you via your provided email and/or mobile number.
What is your return policy?
Return request will only be entertained for defective item upon delivery. Kindly ensure to video unboxing of item. A video from customer is required as proof of defective item upon delivery. Return request is will only be entertained within 24 hours upon of delivery.
